The Ski Gourmet is an exclusive experience that ends with a refined lunch on the slopes, designed for those who wish to combine technical performance, breathtaking landscapes, and fine dining in a single unforgettable day.
After discovering the most legendary slopes of Paganella and a complete technical analysis, the lesson culminates in a tasting of local specialties at one of our selected mountain chalets.

The definitive experience

The Ski Gourmet experience is dedicated to our adult guests (14+) and combines our Premium Private lesson with a lunch included in the price at one of Paganella’s renowned mountain huts. The lesson is completely customizable based on your needs, both in terms of time and difficulty. Leave the planning of your day in the hands of our expert instructors, who will lead you on an unforgettable experience.

This experience is reserved for adult guests with at least an intermediate skiing level, as reaching the chalet requires being able to ski down red slopes independently

Upon request, we organize half day or full day lessons with lunch included also for children and skiers with lower technical skills.

The Ski Gourmet program can also be booked as a full-day Ski Safari in other ski resorts in Trentino-South Tyrol, such as Madonna di Campiglio, Val di Fiamme and Fassa, and Val Gardena. You can find more information here.
