Is the skipass included in the lesson price?
No, the skipass must always be purchased separately at the Paganella Ski Area ticket offices
Is ski rental included in the lesson price?
No, equipment rental is not included and must be arranged separately.
Is accident insurance included?
No, accident insurance is not included. It can be purchased together with your skipass at the Paganella Ski Area ticket offices.
Where are the meeting points?
In Fai della Paganella, lessons start from the Meriz area (at the top of the first chairlift from the parking lot).
In Andalo, meeting points can be customized according to your needs — the most common are Rindole, Laghet, and Pian Dosson.
How long does a lesson last?
It depends on the course you choose. In any case, a lesson hour always lasts 55 minutes.
Do beginners need to buy a skipass?
In Fai della Paganella you need to buy a round-trip ticket for the Santel-Meriz chairlift: our beginners area is free for our clients. In Andalo you need to buy a special skips for both beginners areas in Rindole or Laghet.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING
Should I book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is highly recommended, as our instructors are in high demand, especially during peak season.
How can I book?
The easiest and fastest way is to book directly online by clicking the Book Now button. Alternatively, you can contact us by email.
What happens in case of rain or snowfall?
Lessons take place as scheduled. Changing weather and snow conditions are part of the authentic mountain experience.
What happens if I arrive late or don’t show up at the scheduled time and place?
Our instructors follow a strict daily schedule, so any delays or absences cannot be rescheduled.
For group lessons, the course starts exactly at the stated time: no-show means losing the lesson.
For private lessons, the instructor will wait at the meeting point, but the lost time cannot be recovered.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, to guarantee your instructor’s availability, lessons must be paid in advance.
Can I give a ski lesson as a gift?
Absolutely! Our gift vouchers are the perfect idea to surprise someone special. They are fully customizable for any occasion — birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, or simply as a unique gesture.

Terms and conditions
- Lesson duration: each lesson hour lasts 55 minutes.
- Ski lessons do not include the ski pass, equipment, or insurance (by law: mandatory Third-Party Liability Insurance for all skiers)
- Weather conditions: lessons take place in any weather conditions.
- Bookings and lesson confirmation: all lessons are considered booked only upon full payment or payment of the deposit 72 hours before the start.
- Lesson cancellations: lessons can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start, via email to: info@scuolascifai.it. If canceled after this deadline, the deposit will be retained.
- Deposit: any deposits already paid will not be refunded.
- Illness or injury: refunds for illness or injury are granted from the day following the submission of a certificate issued by a local doctor.
- Student absences or delays cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Group courses: these are activated only upon reaching the minimum number of 3 participants per technical level. If the minimum number is not reached, the number of lesson hours will be reduced.
- Payment of the deposit or balance for lesson hours implies acceptance of these sales conditions.
The student is required to:
- Arrive at the meeting point indicated on the confirmation email, WhatsApp message, or purchase voucher at least 10 minutes before the lesson start time.
- Bring complete equipment: skis, boots, poles, and helmet (mandatory by law).
- Ensure the equipment is in perfect condition; otherwise, the instructor is not required to give the lesson for safety reasons.
- Failure to comply with these conditions will prevent the student from taking the lesson and forfeit any right to a refund.
